Yesterday Nintendo pretty much confirmed the Wii U name and revealed a brand new high-res Wii U logo as well. However, the new Wii U logo has a darker blue tone than the previous one, revealed at E3 2011. Other than that, the logos are identical. The recently leaked Wii U controller image showed a grey logo on the controller, so it’s unknown whether the added blue in the “U” will be for box and marketing material, while the console, controllers, and hardware will have the more simple grey version. As per usual, we’ll have all, or most of, our questions answered at E3 2012.
- Pokken Tournament has a water stage
- Apex 2015 halted due to roof collapse
- Frogmind's Badland is headed to Wii U
- Sega is restructuring its business away from physical games
