Another round of New Super Mario Bros U gameplay footage shows the multiplayer co-op in action.

We’ve got some more footage from one of the most anticipated Wii U games this year: New Super Mario Bros U. GamesRadar has about 8 minutes of co-op footage from the game, with one player using the Wii U GamePad controller while the other uses a regular Wiimote. It demonstrates how New Super Mario Bros U uses the tablet to enhance the gameplay, especially in multiplayer. The GamePad can be used to “boost” the other players throughout the game, helping them along the way. Overall, New Super Mario Bros U looks pretty impressive and the new HD visuals are doing wonders to the game. Be sure to check out the previous footage, which has a direct audio feed from the game.

    Yeah to much mario videos i want a metroid or zelda or starfox…..i knw these game r a working titles or maybe rumors ….but well its mario bros there is not much u can u knw show that hasnt been shown already

      Agreed, looks pretty much the same as the Wii version, but with some polishing. I’m sure the play is going to be pretty much exactly the same. I’m not excited about this game if you cant tell lol.

      This is like the first mario video that was enjoyable to watch. I say this cuz the video that came out last week was a girl and she sucked and made it boring to watch. This really showed how fun it could be to be the gamepad instead of being mario. Being like an assist man like a point guard in basketball. And lets be honest there isn’t a metroid, zelda or starfox game deep into devolopment yet (metroid or starfox are being developed but if you want to see lines of code be my guest lol). Its not like a zelda game hasn’t came out in ages cuz we got skyward sword. Let Retro do their thing and they will showcase their awesome game at E3 2013. At least we are getting great games at launch unlike some other company that launched suck (cough cough sony)

        Yeah, everyone should be happy that Nintendo is working as hard as it it can for people’s enjoyment… I’m sure developing games and especially consoles take time. We should all appreciate the work and effort they put into our fun. Thank you Nintendo! :)

    certainly like your web site but you have to check the spelling on several of your posts. A number of them are rife with spelling issues and I in finding it very bothersome to inform the reality then again I’ll certainly come again again.
