Namco Bandai's arcade shooter for the Wii U gets some box art love.

Tank Tank Tank is a Wii U exclusive arcade shooter from publisher Namco Bandai. According to Amazon, this is the box art of the game, although Namco has yet to officially confirm it. It looks pretty solid to us. Tank Tank Tank has players fighting giant monsters with an array of weapons mounted on their tanks. The game supports up to 4 players in co-op, and players can use the GamePad camera to take pictures of themselves and use as avatars in the game. Tank Tank Tank was originally released in the Japanese arcades in 2009. It will be a Wii U launch title later this year. Check out the box art below:

    I thought this game looked really fun when I saw it around June. I wonder how much content they’ve added to it…wouldn’t stop me from getting it though if they didn’t add 50% more to it. I’ve already decided to buy it when it becomes available. Or, as soon as I’ve saved some money xD…

      I’m sure Wii U will get loads of resident evil games. They will announce re6 after they release it for the other consoles. Capcom wants to sell as many as they can at launch without gamers holding out for the Wii U version. I have no idea if this is actually true, but if it doesn’t happen I’ll be sad : (

      Why didn’t XBox and PS3 get any of the RE Chronicles series? It’s because the pointer feature of the Wii was so perfectly suited to the experience unlike the garbage kinnect and the obscure Move that suck for shooting games. I own and love a PS3 BTW but can’t afford to buy one XBox after another to replace junk hardware. Microsoft was never a hardware company and neither was it a game company. They simply SUCK!

    This looks like a really fun arcade shoot ‘em up, probably one of the more underlooked Wii U games thus far along with Project P-100. I look forward to more news on it.

    Namco should make Pac-man World 4. World 1 and 2 were awsome, and 3 was…eh…but this looks cool. Not my cup of tea, but you never know, I could get it and love it.

    I’m definately getting this game! If Namco Bandai used a leaderboard system like the one for Tekken TT2 and video chat, it would practically fly off the shelves! But like Nintendo said Developers need time to fully utilize the system and it features. I would have crammed a ton ton ton of features in this game.
