FIFA 13 Wii U screenshots

New screenshots confirm that the Wii U version is the best looking one.

EA Sports has repeatedly said that the Wii U version of FIFA 13 will be the best looking one, thanks to more memory and a modern graphics processor. The FIFA 13 Wii U version will have higher resolution textures, a more realistic crowd, more detailed grass surface, and other improvements over the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 versions. The game has been out on other platforms since late September, while the Wii U version will be available on launch on November 18. EA has released the first Wii U screenshots of the game, which you can find below:

  It’s very encourageing that EA has made a graphical effort with Fifa 13 wiiu , there is a couple of tiny things missing from the 360 and ps3 version like the new first touch (tiny new mechanic) and Ultimate team mode…..
  
  BUT – the wiiu version boast’s the best visuals on consoles , Runs 2 screens of the live game none stop asymetrically and has TONS of wiiu exclusive features……
  
  I think that is a fair trade off , don’t you ??? for a rushed wiiu launch title….
  Imagine what fifa 16 would be like on wiiu…

      The gameplay is identical , it isn’t 12 with better graphics douche. It’s a port of 13 with better graphics…. Pretty sure it will support voice chat aswell although that is yet to be confirmed.
      
      How do you know the wiiu version isn’t the best ??? It has a lot of unique features not found anywhere else. Touch screen passing , you can hold up the gamepad and use the gyroscope to look around the pitch in real time..
      
      It’s a different version. One that may have suffered slightly due to priority development and time constraints. But I think it could turn out to be quite good , at least an ”8/10” – with unique controlls and enhanced visuals…

        It’s the same as Madden, in the fact that it’s missing a certain passing feature that is present on the 360 and PS3. It was missing due to time constraints (the same with Madden missing the new physics engine on Wii U).
        
        It will still be an amazing game, and the extra features like the screen corner kick mode and the new manager feature looks to add some extra depth to the Wii U version.

Not really a fan of sports, and much less $60 for a game of sports. I’ve only boughten the Mario Sports games because they have a twist and are more cartoony. I never did buy Mario Strikers Charged, or the newer baseball games. I usually only ever play Mario Tennis and Kart even still. I heard alot of the other Mario sport games are kinda meh… Has anyone ever played the other ones than what I have?

  Nintendo had $49.99 games on the Wii; this jumped to $59.99 on the Wii U. Why? Manufactering costs. Back then, CD’s were common, thus games on the Wii were only $49.99. But now the developers have to buy the new 25 GB discs to put their games on them, which are probably not cheap considering they are custom made. If they sell their result game under $60, they will soon no longer be able to make anything else because of the loss of money.
  
  It’s sad, but it is the truth of video game development.
  
  At least there is an E-Shop to put game into digital distribution (which is considerably cheaper).

I love the E-shop but i dont get why full games are not a lot more cheaper to buy than buying it from a shop. No packaging etc so they are saving money there? I will always prefer buying the game from Amazon etc and then later if i want too i can trade it

Actually the Wii U version will miss some gameplay features (the First Touch system and the FIFA Street skill system) from FIFA 13 and the Ultimate Team mode.
So obviously you should buy FIFA on X360 or PS3 if you own any of them, but it will still be a great game, as was FIFA 12 anyway.
I still interrogate myself about the ergonomy of the game Pad though.
