That CPU is cute. I don’t think Gekko was much bigger, but that was single core @180nm. This is 45nm, so more than 2 cores are likely.

You could be right. Look at some smartphones. some of the really high end phones are pretty thin and feature quad core processing technology. The Wii U is rumored be at around 3 GHz. like you said, rumors. Even if its 3 core, the CPU portion of the GPGPU could count as a core, right?
