Ninja Gaiden 3 Razor’s Edge Wii U trailer

Nintendo and Tecmo Koei just released the first gameplay trailer of the upcoming action title for the Wii U.

Tecmo and Nintendo have released the first gameplay trailer of the upcoming Wii U action game Ninja Gaiden 3: Razor’s Edge. The Wii U version of the game will feature many improvements, plus new content and full Wii U GamePad support. The Ninja Gaiden 3 Razor’s Edge Wii U version will also feature a unique character progression system, new playable characters, and hidden battle areas on each chapter. Plus a whole lot of technical and gameplay improvements over the original. The game will be available on launch day on November 18.

    No no no, not enhanced, but reworked with the same storyline, branded with new characters and ideals that PS3 and Xbox can’t handle (especially Xbox). The game is not just a rework, but a rebirth of another Anduril, Flame of The West.

Looks like a game where your thumb will break off after one hour of game play. A brainless “push this button 10000x times to beat all enemies around you” type game. Meh. Seems there’s not much challenge, just run around killing enemies nonstop. Hope there’s more to it then button pressing nonstop.

  Smash Bros. is that kind of game, and yet, people/Nintendo fans will argue it isn’t. Don’t get me wrong, I friggin love me some Smash Bros., but even the Batman Arkham games are the ‘beat these buttons again and again’ and they aren’t ‘brainless’.

    Smash bros is all about mind game and reflexes type of game… that’s coming from an experienced player.

I know that the original release of Ninja Gaiden 3 was not well received and suffered from many flaws. How has it improved? Did they fix the camera?

  Actually, Bob, it’s the definitive version with more blood, gore and the return of body dismemberment that the PS3/X360 don’t have in the original. Not only that, there are more exclusive features in Razor’s Edge including Ayane as a playable character. And the best part of this Wii U exclusive launch title… the downloadable contents are absolutely FREE!!!!!!

    Ive been waiting for a re-done NG 3. I own the Xbox version and it OUTRIGHT SUCKS! Its so easy, so boring, and you only get like one weapon the whole game! Now with Karma, classic difficulty of the series, as well as FREE DLC and Ayane as a playable character, this game should be frikin awesome.

    It’s pretty much like other every port on Wii U, is more or less the definitive version of the game. The same applies for Mass Effect 3, Batman AC and Darksiders 2. All are coming with all the released DLC in the game.

Well Bayonetta 2 be Nintendo’s GoW? Because I didn’t enjoy the first one but it does seem like a nice pace change for Nintendo though.

I Love Nintendo, my favorite of the three; but GoW is too Awesome. Hope Ninty gets their own version.
