Several screenshots and images have been making their way around the Internet as proof of Assassin’s Creed 4, including the picture above. What we see is an assassin dressed similarly to Connor in Assassin’s Creed 3, fighting what looks to be a bunch of rag-tag pirates. The game is rumored to be called Assassin’s Creed IV: Black Flag and according to Eurogamer, will feature Edward Kenway, the father of Haytham Kenway and grandfather of Connor Kenway.
The leaked artwork features on a poster sent out to retailers and on the reverse side is a map of the Caribbean, featuring naval ports of Havana, Kingston and the southern tip of Florida. A new skull and crossbones Assassin’s symbol can be seen as well.
