NyxQuest was a unique puzzle platformer that made good use of the Wii Remote when the game launched back in 2010. Now developer Over the Top games is back to the drawing board with its new title, Full Mojo Rampage. The game is currently in development on PC only, but the devs have mentioned that they plan on bringing it to other platforms once its ready to go and they even specifically mention the Wii U.
As for the game itself, it’s an exploration and puzzle game with an isometric view, putting you in charge of a Voodoo keeper who is working through each of the levels to collect voodoo dolls and mojos. The mojos collected by the player can be used to boost your strength or craft new powers. Seeking help from the gods is also a common theme, though trickery and deceit is at hand throughout the game.
One interesting note about the game is its being developed to be procedurally generated, so that no level will be the same once you re-enter it. If you’re interested in checking out more screenshots from the game, you can head over to the website here. You can also pre-order the PC version, which will grant you access to the open alpha once the developers are ready to give the public access.
