    Ceeeewl.

  • Potemkin

    No :)

  • Magnus Eriksson

Yeah! More LEGO! Just what Nintendo needs… No, wont pick it up.

    • bizzy gie

      It’s coming to ALL platforms.

      • Magnus Eriksson

        Yup

  • eli

that voice acting is going to make me shoot the screen after 12 minutes of gameplay

The Hulk does not look like Legos. The Wii U may need games, but they are getting too many of the wrong kind. It does not help Nintendo’s image as a baby machine. That MUST change in order for Nintendo to work.

    • Magnus Eriksson

Disagree! Nintendo is perfect for playing games like this, New Super Mario, Nintendoland and other childrens games. The problem is that this is not helping Nintendo to turn the bad trend for them.

      • http://people.ign.com/returnofthetruth2 ReturnoftheTruth2

You write disagree and then you proceed to agree! Some people just like to argue.

        • david jarman

I thought the same thing when I saw his reply to you. It’s nice to agree with you once in awhile.

        • Magnus Eriksson

You said it doesnt help Nintendos image as a “baby”-machine. I guess you meant a machine ment for childrens. I believe thats the right audience for N. as they clearly are unable to take up the fight as a “hardcore”-machine against PS4 and XBox3. Agree? Disagree?

          • david jarman

I’m sorry but having more power and rated m games doesn’t make you a “hardcore gamer” it makes you a mainstream game like it or not. That goes for the system as well. Sure they have few hardcore games on them, but mostly mainstream games. See this is why don’t believe half the things you say. Hardcore gamers you use to be about games with steep learning curves and deep play mechanics. Like a lot of old jrpg or rts games. Usually games that weren’t as popular cause not everyone could get into them or take the time to learn to play them. Mainstream gamers were the ones who just play the most popular games.

          • Magnus Eriksson

Yeah, well I wrote “hardcore” not hardcore.

          • david jarman

            Wow.

          • http://people.ign.com/returnofthetruth2 ReturnoftheTruth2

I guess you make the same argument that gays try to make – by trying brainwash us into thinking what is wrong and filthy and right and healthy. You know what hard-core means but now you want to try and make the majority of gamers think that baby Nintendo is hard-core with baby games instead of the other two who promote hard-core first and everything else as choices. How about Nintendo just change it’s image, if it can? Like the gays, you will never convince people to see it your way when we know your way is wrong.

          • routerbad

You are hilariously undereducated. Hardcore doesn’t refer to ESRB or PEGI ratings, nor does it refer to a specific genre. Hardcore in anything refers to propensity. That is, a hardcore gamer is someone who games a lot. That being said, none of Nintendo’s titles are “made for babies”, that is something you label their games and systems with because you have the psychological development of an amoeba and cannot fathom having fun with something that doesn’t flash copious amounts of gore or have over the top machismo overtones.

“Childrens games” are games that are designed to teach a child reading, writing, and arithmetic. A children’s game system is a system that plays only that genre of games, for example, leapster. Games that are rated E are intended to provide an ample challenge for people of all ages, but at the same time, the accessibility for younger or new players.

Super Mario Bros, and all of the other incarnations of Mario branded games are rated E, but appeal to pretty much everyone. Zelda games and Metroid games are rated T, as the content and challenge would be unsuitable for children below the age of 13. Moreover, none of these games teach children anything but hand-eye coordination, there is no educational benefit and therefore it is not classified as a childrens game.

Your comparison to “the gays” is about the weakest strawman argument I’ve ever seen, you choose not to argue with the content of the comment but argue against the delivery and reveal your homophobia at the same time. You are a sad man.

So, Nintendo makes game consoles and games. Third parties are welcome to create and sell games for Nintendo consoles, and with the Wii U they do not need Nintendo’s approval to do so, only a publishing license. Nintendo has scrapped their age old rule for concept approval, and do not control the content of games published on the platform. They will continue to make great games that appeal to everyone, and third parties can create whatever they want for the system.

          • http://people.ign.com/returnofthetruth2 ReturnoftheTruth2

All your opinion and your view…

          • routerbad

Negative, all based on the actual definition of the word and the history of the children’s videogame genre, as well as actual developments from Nintendo regarding development limitations. The fact that Nintendo games appeal to everyone can be seen both in sales and in reviews, where they are universally admired.

          • Agent X

Well said… Most people dont know what hardcore “in gaming” means…

          • david jarman

No, that’s exactly what you’re trying to do by saying we’re not like you so we’re not hardcore. You’re the one who is coming in here trying to convince people that you are right. What does this have to do with gays? I never tried forcing gay lifestyle on you. That conversation doesn’t even need to be on here.

          • Jon

lol, this is sad, you brought the homosexuals into this trying to make a statement when you made yourself looks like a moron and a fool. Nintendo is a multigaming platform that plays a variety of games. If it plays games that were strictly for kids, then yes, it would be a kiddy systems however there are not just kids games. They have games that rage from a variety ages and styles, from E rated games to M rated games. Nintendo’s image that I find from more people is more the casual type of gamer, those people who label it as babyish and kidish are those that primarily play COD, BF, Halo, GTA and a few others in that genre. The rest I tend to hear casual gaming because that is what it mostly is with many other genres thrown in there.

          • http://people.ign.com/returnofthetruth2 ReturnoftheTruth2

            We clearly agree.

    • Ducked

Something wrong with you? The game is muti-platform. Its not a exclusive. Lego games are extremely easy to get on any console.

    • Wayne Beck

      Nintendo didn’t make this..

  • david jarman

I’m over myself and image. If this game is fun then that’s all that matters to me.

  • Sidney Majurie

@haterz Because the Xbox 360 and PS3 don’t have a ton of Lego games right? Not to mention this game will be on those systems too. But when Nintendo gets them it’s bad. Wii U has one Lego game. It’s truly a sad existence to waste so much time hating on a company you obviously don’t like. Show us on the doll where Nintendo touched you and move on. It’s the first step to recovery…

    • ChariotMan7

      Word!

  • prettypinkpanacea

Yes, I think I will be.

  • Linskarmo

Iron Man’s voice is wrong! That won’t be a huge problem for me, but I’m used to Robert Downey Junior. ;) It should be a fun game at any rate.

  • http://waluigi.com/ Waluigi

    Lego Waluigi!!!

  • TheLast

You smell that… Smells like insecurity in the comments section again! Lol

  • Mickey Mouse

Some actual gameplay would have been better. Oh well, I’ve preordered anyway.

  • MasterPpv

I’ve seen this happen on this site multiple times now, and I don’t mean this to be an insult (I really like this site for the most part), but this is something that makes Wii U Daily look unprofessional, so consider this some constructive critique.

The title should say “A New Sneak Peek”, not “Peak”. This is just one instance that I’m pointing out, I know, but it has happened plenty of times before on here. I didn’t want to make a huge deal about it because it’s not *super* important or anything (at least to me, and to most people as seems to be the case), and I understand that typos and such are unavoidable, but at least the actual titles of the articles should be correct, right?

Again, not trying to insult – just trying to help this site get even better <3
