[Update: During the Nintendo Direct, Satoru Iwata confirmed that 18 miniature figures will be available at GameStop once the game is available for download. These figures are not necessary to play the game, but do have enhanced stats.]
We’ve known about Pokemon Rumble U for some time, but we’re finally starting to get our first glances at how the game plays rather than just screenshots released from Japan. The above trailer shows off fast-paced battles and what you can expect from the game, including the fact that all 649 Pokemon are included.
If you’re interested in more information, you can check out the English website for Pokemon Rumble U. The game will be released on the Nintendo eShop on August 15th in Europe and August 29th in North America. No word on when we’ll be seeing those cute NFC figures.
