With Nintendo announcing that the 8GB white Wii U basic bundle is being discontinued, it seems like many retailers are jumping the gun by also putting the White Wii U Pro Controller on sale. Best Buy is currently having a sale on the White Pro Controller for $24.99, which is half off the retail price of $49.99. These prices seem to only be reflected in stores, as Best Buy’s website only has the controllers listed for $34.99 currently.
If you’re eager to get your hands on another Pro Controller, you might want to check your local Best Buy for this deal. If they are preparing to liquidate stock it seems rushed, as I doubt Nintendo won’t have a 32GB white bundle in the near future for people who prefer matching consoles and controllers.
