F1 Race Stars Powered Up Edition released on the Wii U eShop today. The game previously launched on PS3, Xbox 360, and PC, but an enhanced edition was announced for Wii U last year. The Powered Up Edition includes four extra tracks and nine extra accessory packs compared to the original version.
F1 Race Stars is a racing game loosely based on the 2012 Formula One season. Most of the drivers and teams are based on actual racers that started the 2012 Formula One season. Most of the courses are based on reals ones as well with modifications made to suit the gameplay, which is largely reminiscent of kart racers like Mario Kart or Sonic & All-Stars Racing Transformed.
