Ask any Nintendo fan, and they’ll probably tell you that Nintendo’s biggest issue is their marketing strategy, or lack thereof. This year, that needs to change.
Nintendo has some big games releasing in the upcoming months, and they can’t afford to drop the ball with the ads for these new titles. Currently, outside the Nintendo Directs, which aren’t viewed by many consumers, Nintendo isn’t doing much to get people excited about their content.
In the video below, I take a look at Nintendo’s current marketing campaign, as well as a couple of my favorite gaming commercials, and make some suggestions on how Nintendo can improve.
