A bevvy of new games from indie studios around the world will be hitting the Wii U eShop this year and R & P Studios is the latest among them with its title Adventure Thru 8-Bit Land. The title was announced exclusively for the Nintendo eShop and is a game the developer describes as a side-scrolling platformer.
The story is one of a princess taken hostage due to the war of the 8-bit and 16-bit worlds. The player is tasked with finally ending the war on graphics once and for all. There are currently no screenshots of the game available, save for the teaser image you see above, though the game is scheduled to release this year.
