Atlus has announced it will be bringing Citizens of Earth to the Wii U, along with the Nintendo 3DS, PS4, Vita, and PC versions of the game. If you’re not familiar with the title, you can check out the trailer above. We originally wrote about the game back in September 2013, when the development team turned to Kickstarter in order to get the game funded. It didn’t reach its goal, but now that Atlus is behind the game it’s finally going to get released.
The game is supposed to be a modern take on the Earthbound series, with nearly 40 characters to recruit to help you get through the game. The game also features night and day cycles and weather effects. If you’re a fan of the Earthbound series there’s a lot you’ll like about Citizens of Earth, so be sure and check out the trailer.
