Here I come Kirby, Kirby and the amazing mirror is my favorite Kirby game, but I haven’t been able to play it in years.

  • lonewolf

And where is the news about the 3ds direct about todomachi life

    • Shota

its maybe on the 3ds section.

      • lonewolf

These news were on the 3ds section as well so I thought I was writing on the 3ds section.

        • Shota

ah i see you where a bit confused about the sections. it happens :)

  • MrTravan

So I guess Nintendo’s virtual console strategy is to get the most worthless games released first and then work on the good stuff last.

    • nWo4liFe

      Pretty much lol

    • Magnus Eriksson

Nah, they try to make it into a steady drip of shit. One turd a time.

      • Capt. Smoker

Nintendo are clenching their cheeks pretty hard these days

        • thedeciderU

          bahahaha!

      • TheRealTruthTeller

i love how nobody is replying to your comment, not in a bad way, of course, but at least theres not a lot of whiners :D

    • Jeremy Baker

I find it odd how everybody is always like Nintendo give us more games give us more games and when they do everybody complains about the games they are getting. Let’s just be happy we are getting game and know that just cuz you don’t like one game or two it doesn’t mean everyone feels the same about it. Just think about it your favorite game might be someone’s least favorite game.

      • MrTravan

I’m fully aware of that Jeremy, and I agree with you. But, they haven’t released any game that I would even play for free in several months. So, for me, the games are slanted heavily away from my interest. Some of them I’ve never even heard of.

        • audi lover

Advanced wars my favourite game from the GBA that’s worth a play

      • Magnus Eriksson

Yeah, its fucking strange that gamers want to play games. Even stranger that they want good games…

        • thedeciderU

          drip…drip. like an std

        • SP-937-215

Strange indeed. I don’t know about you, but I would love to see about a hundred more multiplayer 2D platformers that completely lack standard online features. And I love to hear Nintendo devs whining about how hard it is to make games in HD even though the rest of the gaming world is strolling right along with it. Shit, the original Xbox was capable of 720P and 1080i, and that was 13 years ago. I’m not going to handle Nintendo’s reputation with kid gloves because they gee whiz are just trying so gosh darn hard to keep up with all this “new technology” please understand.

      • Capt. Smoker

Lets just be happy Sony and MS get loads of great games and Nintendo don’t have anything but their own, yeah…. I’m thrilled at your logic >.>

        • Jeremy Baker

we do get good games , we don’t get all the games that the other systems get but that’s something you should have known when you bought your Wii U. Besides if you have a halfway decent computer you could play all the games that are coming out for Microsoft and Sony on the computer . So we technically still win because the Microsoft and Sony fanboys won’t be able to play Nintendo games on a computer except for emulators

          • Capt. Smoker

We get good Nintendo games and exclusives, but the wait between games is a real bummer, just wish Nintendo could cater to a broader audience or get some partnerships rolling, Nintendo have always lacked jrpgs in my opinion :(

    • Saul Rivera

How is Metroid Fusion…Warioware…Advance Wars….etc worthless?

      • MrTravan

Because I don’t care about them. lol So in my opinion they’re worthless. That was my main point. Opinions vary so everything they release will be liked by some and disliked by some. Well, pretty much all the VC releases in the last few months have been of no interest to me at all. So I’m exercising my right to voice my opinion. I’m sure many people have loved all of those releases, but some, like me, haven’t liked them at all. Time to even things up IMO.

    • Vriska Serket

Really? I like 8oth of these a lot.

      • MrTravan

Well, then you’re probably pretty happy then. I never have liked the Kirby and Wario games, so this release is weak IMO.

    • MerryBlind .

I think the GBA line-up is decent so far, I’m not a fan of any games released so far, but I know they’re all great games appreciated by a lot of people.

I suppose you’re waiting for the same big games as I am… Zelda Minish Cap, Pokemon FireRed/Emerald, Golden Sun…… any other? I can’t think of many GBA games I want to play actually…. I’m surprised, I remember when I was a kid I wanted a GBA soooo baaad because it had so many great games! Now I can’t think of more than 3…

  • ActivesiN

im going to pickup kirby and maybe duck tales

  • janco tianno

Ducktales for less than 8US$ ?

    Very “honest” price.

I’m gonna buy it just because of the price :D
It’s worth even if you don’t play :D

    Long live capitalism.

    • Saul Rivera

Funny I was thinking the same thing….will I play it?..who knows..but it’s like 7 dollars….can’t let that chance go by haha

      • Pokemonsilph

Heh, I bought Contra 3: Alien Wars, so I could get the $5 back from the deluxe digital promotion thing lol (I played it for about 20 minutes.)

  • Justin Bieber

I’m not interested in subpar games. I will have to make Beliebers out of Nintendo fans.

  • Capt. Smoker

Damn…. still no sign of Pier Sola HD :(

  • Josiah Parsons

    My Exotic Farm?

  • Vriska Serket

Conception 2 looks like a joke to me. May8e thats why I’ll pick it up ::::P

    • http://gentlerobot.com/ Gentle Robot

There’s a demo. Weird but interesting game. It’s half dating sim half dungeon crawler. You hit on girls at college, fuck, then go fight monsters in a labyrinth with your new family of nine kids.

  • steveb944

Ducktales for less than half the price of digital and physical copies is a steal! Thanks for this!

  • Stephen Dorn

    Where is Shovel Knight?

  • http://www.epicpassiveincome.com/ Elvis Michael

Questions: Do these GBA games work on a regular TV screen? If so, has anyone tried them yet? How big is your screen? What do they look like? I’m assuming they’re not so pretty on the eyes…

    • felony211662

They’re very retro that’s for sure. I have a 32 in HDTV and even my wife can watch me play super star saga

    • MerryBlind .

They’ll probably look comparable to SNES games if you have bought any on the Virtual Console. If you find SNES games bareable, you’ll be fine with GBA games. I really wish Nintendo would patch in a Smoothing Filter though to smooth out the pixels a bit like on PS3 (for PS1 and PS2 games)

      • Pokemonsilph

Well, gba games on the virtual console DO have a “smoothing” filter, and it doesn’t look bad!
        But snes games don’t…

        • MerryBlind .

Oh really? I read that NES games had a bilinear filter, which can be a bit too blurry for certain games according to some people. They’ve probably used the same thing for GBA games. I wish it was an On/Off option though for every VC game and Wii mode.

It’s weird how they use one by default in both NES and GBA games, but not SNES games….. I wonder why?

  • thedeciderU

fans: ”we want some 64 and gamecube games! please, nintendo!”
nintendo: ”here are some gameboy advance games. please understand.”

    hmmm…

  • Ducked

I highly recommend DuckTales Remastered, great game. Classic platforming, with the cute Disney art in it.

    • MerryBlind .

I’ve been on the fence for both this game and that Mickey Mouse’s Castle of Illusion one for a long time now. Castle of Illusion was on sale the other day on Steam, almost bought it, but didn’t…. maybe I should have…

      • Ducked

The controls feels much nicer in DuckTales. Castle of Illusion packs more of a challenge in, and has longer gameplay. I enjoyed both of them.

  • Pokemonsilph

Three thing I want: 1: N64 games on the virtual console. (I still haven’t transferred my Wii downloads to my Wii U because of this…) 2. The Donkey Kong Country original SNES trilogy for the virtual console. (My personal favorite game is DKC2) 3. Majoras Mask 3D/HD. (A 3ds version would be very easy for them to make, since MM borrowed lots of assets from OOT, but an HD version would boost sales of the Wii U… A tiny bit, and I would rather play it on a home console than a 3DS.

  • Viktor Araujo

Noooo, bring SMT V sales back, i was about to get it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Angel Diaz

When will Pikmin 3’s price go down!?

  • Iflywright

Of course I bought Duck Tales two days before the sale began…feel a little scrooged
