Super Toy Cars is a new game in development that’s coming to the Wii U. Eclipse Games have announced they’re working on the title, which they’re describing as a mix between Mario Kart and micro machines. The game will feature 16 cars, 12 tracks, and a career mode for players with 48 events.
A local multiplayer mode is available in the PC version of the game, with up to 8 players able to face off against one another. Currently there’s no hint at whether this mode will make it into the Wii U version of the game, though. The game is in early access on Steam right now for $6.99, with no release date for the Wii U set. Check out the trailer above to see some of the gameplay in action.
Perhaps the biggest feature of the game is the fact that it will have a track editor when it launches, allowing players to build their own tracks and share them with other players.
