Among tons of other new announcements at this year’s E3 for games like Zelda, X and Super Smash Bros, Nintendo has also taken the time to announce a new Kirby game. Titled Kirby and the Rainbow Curse, this game will be a direct sequel to the popular 2005 DS title Kirby: Canvas Curse.
Like in Canvas Curse, the player Kirby will spend most of his time in a ball while the player will use the stylus to direct Kirby and draw bridges to guide him. This game is also keeping in with the precedent set by Kirby’s Epic Yarn and is set in a world made of crafts supplies. This time? Clay. No specific release date has been announced yet, although we know it is set for a 2015 release.
