Koei Tecmo is featuring a presentation tomorrow that will showcase what’s happening with the new Fatal Frame game, which will be exclusive to the Wii U. The Japanese streaming site NicoNico is hosting the broadcast and legendary designer Shigeru Miyamoto will be a guest on the presentation. The event is being held in Japan at 1:30pm, which means the event will go live on NicoNico’s website at 12:30am EST/5:30am UK time.
This presentation will reveal the first footage of the game, as well as discussing some of the news related to the franchise. No release date has been revealed and we may not get one tomorrow either, as this is a first look at what the development team has been working on. There’s still no confirmation that the game will be making its way outside of Japan at this point, but plenty of fans are hoping the resurrected interest in the franchise will bring the game to the rest of the world.
Remember, fan outcry is how games like Xenoblade Chronicles and Pandora’s Tower eventually made their way from Japan to the rest of the world.
