Since the release of Toki Tori 2 on Wii U and PC, Two Tribes announced a restructuring that would close most of the studio. Their first announcement as a restructured studio came today, in the form of a video teaser for their new game, Rive. You can see some of the footage above. The game is scheduled to release in 2015 with no platforms announced yet, but Two Tribes have announced a playable demo that will be available at Gamescom this year.
This is the first game developed by Two Tribes since the restructure, as the team worked hard earlier this year to port Swords & Soldiers HD to the Wii U, which was released in May.
With the support Two Tribes has shown Nintendo in the past, it’s very likely that we could see the game release on the Nintendo eShop. What do you think of the demo just from the teaser video? Let us know in the comments!
