Mario’s voice actor brings the characters to life on Instagram

Charles Martinet has been the voice actor for several Nintendo characters for nearly 25 years and now the man behind the famous plumber brothers is bringing them to life on Instagram through his personal account. Obviously this isn’t sanctioned by Nintendo so there’s no telling if they’ll tell Charles to pull them or not, but some of the jokes that Martinet brings to life through the voices of Mario, Luigi, and Wario are quite hilarious. Check out this short collection and if you want to see more, head over to his Instagram account and give him a follow. They’re all pretty great!

I aint asking for dialogue trees or 10 minute long cutscenes. just little moments where Mario and Luigi talk to one another and obviously other characters too.

Wow, Charlie’s getting older. I remember when his hair was totally dark, like 15 years ago. Please, stop aging, agents of my childhood! Stay in my life forever! T_T

I also remember calling the Nintendo Hotline, just to hear his whimsical voice narrating the menu options. =)
