Chalk this up as a big whoops, but it seems like Nintendo has accidentally revealed that Kerbal Space Program will be coming to the Wii U. A trailer for the game featuring Nintendo’s familiar Nintendo eShop branding went live on Nintendo’s YouTube channel shortly before being made private again. It looks like someone who manages Nintendo’s YouTube channel forgot to set the proper settings while uploading the video.
Either way, if you’re unfamiliar with Kerbal Space Program, it’s a giant sandbox rocket physics simulator where you can build just about any sort of spacecraft you want with the intent of launching Kerbals–tiny little green men–into space. Think of it as Super Mario Maker merged with NASA science, as the team at Squad has tried to build the game with as realistic gravity and orbit physics as possible.
