Famitsu has tons of new information about the upcoming Nintendo 3DS version of Hyrule Warriors, Hyrule Warriors Legends. Several new scans reveal some new locations in the game, but Nintendo hasn’t left the Wii U version out in the dust, either. This week the magazine revealed that Skull Kid will be a playable character in Legends, but the scans from the magazine show off the character from the Wii U version of the game.
According to the reveal, Skull Kid will use an ocarina as a weapon and will battle cooperatively with a fairy. Hyrule Legends is scheduled to debut in Japan in January of next year, with release for North America and Europe slated for sometime in Q1 2016.
