Shaq Fu was a hilariously bad fighting game featuring NBA player Shaquille O’Neal, released in 1994. Twenty years after the event in 2014, an IndieGoGo campaign was started to create Shaq Fu: A Legend Reborn. The campaign was successful, managing to gather just shy of half a million dollars to create the game.
Now, Shaquille O’Neal is teasing an announcement for the game at the upcoming The Game Awards, hosted by Geoff Keighley this weekend.
I'm heading to @thegameawards on Thursday in LA, have a little Shaq Fu surprise for you videogame fan.
