Nintendo of Europe recently posted a very interesting tweet, hinting at a possible new Mario Kart 8 DLC.
The tweet reads “Good things come to those who wait”, with a screenshot of the Kalimari Desert track from Mario Kart 64, which, if anything, could be a hint at a possible remake of the track for Mario Kart 8.
It wouldn’t be the first time Nintendo has remade the track — Kalimari Desert also found its way to Mario Kart 7 on the 3DS.
It’s been some time since Nintendo released Mario Kart 8 content, and a new track would be a good send off for Mario Kart on the Wii U. Especially if it was released for free.
What do you think? Does it seem like we’ll see some new Mario Kart 8 DLC soon?
