Miyamoto on the innovation in Zelda Breath of the Wild (video)

Nintendo legend Shigeru Miyamoto recently sat down with the guys at GameInformer to talk about the upcoming Zelda: Breath of the Wild, which was by far the most popular game at E3 2016.

Miyamoto talked in length about the new Zelda, how it came to be, its features, the innovations that it presents, and much more.

One of the interesting things that Miyamoto revealed was that Nintendo has been working on Zelda for five years now, starting development on the Wii U and later including the new NX console.

He also confirmed that it took a while for them to get the physics engine to work properly in the game — problems with the physics engine was one of the reasons the game was delayed.

When Breath of the Wild launches, it will run at 720p and 30 frames per second on the Wii U (the NX version is still unknown).
