Devil’s Third Wii U

Devil’s Third is a third person shooter for the Wii U and other systems. The game is currently in development at Valhalla Game Studios, and is lead by Ninja Gaiden creator Tomonobu Itagaki. The game will be built using the Darksiders 2 game engine, and is scheduled for release sometime in 2013. The Devil’s Third Wii U version will feature Wii U specific controls using the GamePad tablet controller, although its unclear what kind of features the developer is working on.

Devil’s Third Wii U features

Devil's Third Wii U
Little is known about the Devil’s Third Wii U specific features and gameplay, although we know that the game is similar to Darksiders 2 in its gameplay and look. It will focus heavily on fast paced melee combat, much like Ninja Gaiden 3. The game’s story revolves around all of World’s satellites being destroyed, which leads to a World of little to no communication. The game will have levels and missions taking place around the world, including America, Europe, and Africa. Being published by THQ, the developers on Devil’s Third have received access to game assets from Homefront, and will include some environmental and character assets from that title.
