As someone who has probably put over 100 hours into it, let me assure everyone that this screenshot is NBA 2K12 on the PC with the NBATV scoreboard mod. A few of the other shots on this page are also the PC version of 2K12. Clearly someone probably checked Google for screenshots and put up the best looking ones.
